Shipping; We ship using UPS so it is
important you provide us with an accurate and complete shipping address.
Please include the recipient's name, company name if applicable,
street number and street name, floor, suite or apartment number and
an accurate zip code. We cannot ship to P.O. Box numbers.
Orders received by 1pm M-F are generally shipped the same day. Orders received
after 1Pm are generally shipped the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will generally be shipped on Monday.
Massachusetts State Law prohibits us from shipping wine.
Returns: Unopened and undamaged gift items can be returned
within 15 days for a full refund. Store credit will be issued for
unopened and undamaged gift items within 30 days of purchase. If you receive
any item damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 days of receipt for
a replacement. Food & wine products are not refundable.
