What cities & towns do you hand deliver to?
Westborough, Northborough, Shrewsbury,
Southborough, and certain sections of Worcester, Marlborough, Framingham & Grafton. For other locations,
we ship UPS Nationwide. For large in State orders,
call for details regarding courier delivery.
How do I order a customized gift basket?
Visit our retail location, conveniently located on Rte 9 East (276 Turnpike Rd. Westboro, MA) &
hand select your gift & gourmet items or

sales staff is ready to help you create the perfect

How long does it take to have a basket designed?
For individual
baskets, the same day you place the order. If your basket
is to be shipped, order by 2:00 pm and we can ship it
the same day. During peak holiday season (December 5-24th),
24-48 hours is usually the required lead time. For larger
orders, call for information.
Can you accommodate large orders?
We deliver thousands of gift baskets
throughout the year. If you would like to place a large
order, call us for lead time information.
What Hours are you open?
Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday 10:00 am-6:00pm Thursday & Friday 10:00 am-8:00 pm.
Sunday 12:00 pm-5:00pm, with extended
holiday hours (November 23-December 24).
What forms of payment do you accept?

Does your web site represent your entire selection of gift baskets?
The web site is a small representation of what B.A.Lily's
has to offer. We have new giftware & gourmet food
items arriving daily. Please call for up to the minute
gift offerings & suggestions.
Do you include personalized gift cards?
All gifts & baskets
contain a hand written card with your personal message.
Many of our corporate clients wish to include their
business cards, company literature or other company
items (mugs, pens, etc.). We are happy to accommodate
you.
Can you ship baskets containing wine?
The State of Massachusetts currently prohibits us from shipping wine and baskets containing wine. We are happy to deliver wine gifts in our local
delivery area, or package your gift for store pickup.
Why do some pictures not enlarge when I click on them?
We understand that Norton Personal Firewall is the problem. Try disabling it temporarily and retry enlarging to picture. If that is not the problem, please let us know via email.I want my package to arrive on a Saturday. Is there an additional charge?
UPS requires that we charge an overnite shipping fee, plus $10 for a Saturday delivery. This might not reflect in the charge when you place your order on line. We will charge your account accordingly.
